Flying High in Fargo: A Trailblazer Story

Here at Midco®, we strive to be Trailblazers. That means living by our core value of treating others the way we’d like to be treated – and demonstrating by our actions that we’re genuine, honest and inclusive. Many of our team members go above and beyond to display these qualities, both at work and in our communities. They are the inspiration behind Midco’s Trailblazer Stories series.

Meet Trailblazer Ashley Goebel

Net Promoter Program Specialist Ashley Goebel works with frontline team members to better understand what customers want and need from their Midco services. Outside work, Goebel is often found volunteering at Midco-sponsored events in the Fargo area. But that’s not all. She’s also working toward her bachelor’s degree and her pilot’s license.

“I think her heart is really into the things that she touches,” said Julie Goebel, Ashley’s mom. “When she is volunteering, she's doing it with a glad heart, and I like that about her. Ashley is a very capable person. If she's says she's going to do something, she's going to follow through.”

We visited with Goebel’s coworkers, family and friends to find out what makes her a Trailblazer.

Leaders like Goebel make Midco a great place to work – and they make our communities better places to live. Learn more about her, and other remarkable Midco neighbors at Midco.com/Trailblazers.
