Midco My Account with Online Bill Pay Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your use of this Midco website for online account management ("My Account"). By accessing and using this website and completing the My Account registration, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to those of your current Midco Subscriber agreement(s) for your Midco services and for this website.

You acknowledge that communications or transactions conducted online may not be absolutely secure. You further acknowledge that there may be system failures that may limit your ability to use Online Bill Pay. You agree to assume all risk and liability arising from your use of Midco’s Online Bill Pay, including the risk of breach in the security of the communications or transactions you conduct with Midco online. My Account with Online Bill Pay is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. 

By signing up for electronic statements and electing to switch to paperless billing, you agree that you will no longer receive a printed bill. You can switch back to paper billing in the future by accessing notification preferences within My Account. If the need arises, you may receive a paper copy of your bill through special request by calling Midco Customer Service at 1.800.888.1300.

You agree to provide Midco with current, accurate, complete, and updated information required for My Account registration, including your email address, name, phone number, Midco account number, your username and password and security questions. You further agree to provide Midco with current, accurate, and complete data when using My Account features, such as Online Bill Pay, updating account information and online ordering. You agree to notify Midco immediately of any changes in your registration data or update the data within My Account. You are responsible for updating your email address. If your e-mail address is not current, you will not receive requested notices, including payment reminders. All statement due dates will remain constant regardless of missed notifications due to outdated contact information.

After you complete your My Account registration, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password(s) and security information such as your login and security questions. You agree not to give your password(s) or security information to anyone. Should you set up additional authorized users or allow others access to your account and/or password information, you will be responsible for all actions that such persons might take with respect to your account. If you believe your password or security information has been lost or stolen, call us immediately at 1-800-888-1300 or email us at MyAccount@Midco.net.

Site Content 

Midco may at any time and without notice make changes to this site or to Online Bill Pay or to products described in this site. Midco may discontinue My Account without notice or require re-enrollment in order for you to access My Account.

Activity-Related Emails 

Midco may send emails regarding your Midco account or services from time to time. For example, we may send you an e-mail about changes to your service, a payment you made to your account, or an upcoming recurring payment. You may not opt out of these communications if they are related specifically to services/features that require these types of notifications. If you fail to check or if you deactivate your specified email account you may miss important information regarding your Midco account.

If you previously called to request that we limit contacts or eliminate all contacts, please note that these preference settings no longer will apply once you’ve completed registration for Midco's My Account as some email notifications are required for account set-up and maintenance of your My Account.

Auto Pay Terms and Conditions

You agree to meet the requirements and to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Auto Pay Agreement. You understand that the terms of this agreement may change at any time and that you will be bound by the changes until you terminate my auto pay enrollment. You agree to review the terms and conditions frequently to ensure that you understand and agree with all changes.

Your financial institution will automatically deduct the payment from your bank account or credit card on the due date and credit your Midco account. You can discontinue your auto pay plan in three ways: online in My Account, in writing by notifying us at Midco, PO Box 5010, Sioux Falls, SD 57117, or over the phone by calling 1.800.888.1300. In addition, Midco may discontinue your auto pay plan if payments are returned from your financial institution for such reasons as invalid account number or closed account.

Authorization Agreement for Direct Payments (ACH Debits) and Storage of Bank Information

By using our online bill pay service through My Account, you authorize Midco to initiate debit entries as specified by you for the amount(s) specified, to the checking or savings account(s) you indicate, at the depository financial institution(s) you indicate, and to debit such specified amount(s) to such checking or savings account(s). You agree that the origination of ACH transactions to your checking or savings account(s) must comply with the laws of the United States of America / Canada.

You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the bank account(s) that you have entered on Midco online bill pay service and authorize Midco to store that banking information on this service.

You agree that this authorization will remain in full force and effect until Midco has received notification from you of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford Midco and the financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
