Midco Ranked #1 in Residential Internet Service Satisfaction in the West
November 15, 2021 – Sioux Falls, SD: Midco, the leading provider of reliable, high-speed internet, was named the best in the West region in the J.D. Power 2021 Residential Internet Service Satisfaction Study.

The J.D. Power findings include responses from more than 27,000 customers that currently have wireline internet service. The study measures overall satisfaction with internet service providers based on five factors: performance & reliability; cost of service; communications & promotions; billing & payment; and customer service. The study was fielded from October 2020 through July 2021.
