No. Cameras are not actively monitored by our monitoring facility.
When you set up the right rules in your Midco SmartHOME app, you can receive a text alert, email or app notification that the camera has detected motion. That way you can see if cause of the motion was delivery of the package you were expecting, if your dog has torn up the couch cushions or that your kids arrived home.
No. You can now order our SD memory cards by calling 1.800.888.1300 or by visiting one of our Customer Experience Centers, and have them shipped directly to your door. Just follow the easy instructions included in your shipment to install your SD card in your in-home touchscreen and get recording.
