Reset Username & Password

Forgot Username & Password

We all have a lot of usernames and passwords to remember. If you forgot your username and password for My Account, check out the steps here to get things reset so you can log in again.1

If you’re looking to reset your Midco email password instead, click the link below.

  1. Go to the My Account login screen.
  2. Enter an email address associated with your My Account (used when you first registered or have added since then). Select Submit. An on-screen message displays that we’ve sent you an email with your account username(s).
  3. Check your email inbox for a Forgot Username message from Midco. If you can’t locate it, be sure to check your email junk or spam folder.
  4. Log in to My Account or the My Account app with the username in your email and your My Account password.
    • If you’re using the app, you can choose to remember your username in the future.
  1. Go to the My Account login screen.

  3. Check your email inbox for a Forgot Password message from Midco. If you can’t locate it, be sure to check your email junk or spam folder.
  4. Click the link or button in the email to reset your password.
  5. Enter a new password and re-enter it to confirm. A bar will display the strength of your chosen password.
    • For security purposes, choose an alphanumeric password that’s 8-24 characters long.
    • Special characters (such as !, @ and ?) are not allowed.
    • A strong password should appear to be a random string of characters, and should not include personal information or dates that are easily identifiable as unique to you.
  6. Click Change Password. An on-screen message will display when your password has been successfully changed.
  7. Log in to My Account or the My Account app with your new password.
 

If you know your My Account password, but want to change it, you can update right inside My Account.

My Account Online
  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select the Settings tab or under Popular Topics, choose Manage My Account settings.
  3. In the Change My Account Password section, enter your new password and re-enter it again to confirm.
    • For security purposes, choose an alphanumeric password that’s 8-24 characters long.
    • Special characters (such as !, @ and ?) are not allowed.
    • A strong password should appear to be a random string of characters, and should not include personal information or dates that are easily identifiable as unique to you.
  4. Click Save. A confirmation message will display when your password has been updated.
My Account App
  1. Log in to the My Account app, and tap the Account icon.
  2. For Apple devices, tap Manage My Account Preferences. For Android devices, tap Account Preferences.2
  3. On the account details screen, locate the Password section, and tap Edit.
  4. Enter your new password and re-enter it again to confirm.
    • For security purposes, choose an alphanumeric password that’s 8-24 characters long.
    • Special characters (such as !, @ and ?) are not allowed.
    • A strong password should appear to be a random string of characters, and should not include personal information or dates that are easily identifiable as unique to you.
  5. For Apple devices, tap Done. For Android devices, tap the checkmark.
