Disable Pop-Up Blocker

If you are experiencing difficulties making payments or viewing statements online, please make sure that your pop-up blocker is either disabled or set to allow pop-ups from Midco.com. Follow the instructions below for your specific web browser to learn how to disable your pop-up blocker.


Internet Explorer 7, 8, 9, 10, 11

Use one of the following steps:

  1. Click on Tools.
  2. Select Pop-up Blocker.
  3. Choose Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.


  1. Click on Tools.
  2. Choose Internet Options.
  3. Select Privacy.
  4. Uncheck Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.


Mozilla Firefox
  1. Click on Tools.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Click Content.
  4. Uncheck Block Popup Windows.


Safari (Windows & Apple)
  1. In Safari, open Preferences and click Security.
  2. Uncheck Block pop-up windows.


  1. Click on Tools.
  2. Choose Quick Preferences.
  3. Select Open Pop-ups in Background or Open All Pop-ups.


Google Chrome

Use one of the following steps. 

  1. Select the pop-block notification in the address bar.
  2. Choose Always allow pop-ups from www.midco.com.
  3. Click Done.


  1. Select the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Select Show advanced settings.
  4. In the Privacy section, click on Content settings.
  5. In the Pop-ups section, select Allow all sites to show pop-ups.


Microsoft Edge

Select Always Allow on the notification at the bottom edge of the screen when trying to open a window launching as a pop-up.
