One-Time Payment

When you choose one-time payment, you’re making a single payment to your Midco statement rather than automatic, recurring payments. Be sure to schedule one-time payments ahead of your bill due date, because it takes two business days to process these payments.


To make a one-time payment by phone:
  1. Call 1.800.888.1300, and when prompted, enter your nine-digit Midco account number.
  2. Press 1 when prompted to pay your bill or ask questions about your bill. 
  3. Enter the last four digits of the Social Security number that's on your account. 
  4. Press 2 when prompted to make a payment. 
  5. Enter your account number as it appears on the top of your billing statement, followed by #.
  6. Enter your payment amount, including cents, followed by #.
  7. Our system will repeat the amount you entered. Press 1 if correct, or press 2 to re-enter the amount. 
  8. Select your payment option.
    • Press 1 for checking or savings.
    • Press 2 for debit or credit card. 
  9. Follow the prompts to enter your payment information. 
  10. Write down your confirmation number as the system reads it to you. Payments will post within two business days. 


To make a one-time payment online using your bank account: 
  1. Log in to Midco.com/MyAccount.
  2. Under Billing, select Make a Payment
  3. In the popup, click Checking/Savings
  4. Fill out the information to make your payment.
  5. Click Submit. The payment should process in the next two business days.


To make a one-time payment online using your credit card: 
  1. Log in to Midco.com/MyAccount.
  2. Under Billing, select Make a Payment
  3. In the popup, click Credit/Debit
  4. On the Current Bills page, you can pay one bill or multiple bills.
    • To pay a single bill, locate the date of the statement, and click the Pay button.
    • To pay multiple bills at the same time, check the boxes next to each statement you’d like to pay, and then click Pay Selected at the bottom of the page. The button will display the total amount of the bills you have chosen to pay.
  5. On the Pay Online page, select a Payment Account.
    • If you do not have a payment account already set up, click Add/Edit Payment Account. Click Add Bank Account or Add Credit Card, complete the form and then click Pay Bill to return to the bill pay process.
  6. Complete the fields for your preferred payment date and amount, and click Next.
  7. Confirm your payment. The payment should go through in the next two business days.
