Billing & My Account Support


Account Information

To change your account information in My Account:
  1. Log in to Midco.com/MyAccount.
  2. In the My Account Profile section, click Change Account Profile.
  3. Edit information as needed for Home Phone, Business Phone, Cell Phone and Nickname. Other account details that are displayed cannot be changed online. Please call us to make changes to that information.
  4. Click Change Account Profile. A message confirms that you’ve updated your account profile.
