Forgot My Account Username or Password

To retrieve your My Account username:
  1. Go to Midco.com/MyAccount, and click Forgot Username/Password?.
  2. Enter your Midco My Account Username, and click Submit. An on-screen message displays that we’ve sent you an email with your account username(s).
  3. Check your email inbox for a Forgot Username message from Midco. If you can’t locate it, be sure to check your email junk or spam folder.
  4. Log in to Midco.com/MyAccount with the username in your email and your My Account password.

 

To reset your My Account password:
  1. Go to Midco.com/MyAccount, and click Forgot Username/Password?.
  2. Enter the Email Address you used to sign up for My Account, and click Submit.
  3. When the Security Question window appears, enter the answers to the security questions you created when you set up My Account.
  4. Click Submit. A window displays a message stating that we’ve sent you an email to the address we have on file for your username.
  5. Check your email inbox for a Forgot Password message from Midco. If you can’t locate it, be sure to check your email junk or spam folder.
  6. Click the link in the email to reset your password. This link will be active for 24 hours, so please be sure to click on it before it expires, otherwise you must begin the password reset process again.
  7. Enter a new password and re-enter it to confirm. A bar will display the strength of your chosen password.
    • For security purposes, choose an alphanumeric password that’s 8-24 characters long.
    • Special characters (such as !, @ and ?) are not allowed.
    • A strong password should appear to be a random string of characters, and should not include personal information or dates that are easily identifiable as unique to you.
  8. Click Change Password. An on-screen message will display when your password has been successfully changed.
  9. Log in to Midco.com/MyAccount with your new password.
