Remote Record

DVR Remote Recording Feature Discontinued Sept. 12.

Effective September 12, the Remote Record feature and program listings will no longer be available at Midco.net, because most customers already use their on-screen guide to locate TV listings and set up DVR recordings.

What You Need to Know

  • You’ll still continue to have your on-screen TV guide and recording features available.
  • Any shows you’ve recorded using your on-screen guide or the Remote Record feature will remain on your DVR unless you choose to delete them.
  • Any future recordings you’ve already set up using Remote Record or your on-screen guide will still record after September 12. However, we recommend that you confirm all of your scheduled recordings. To review them, use your remote to select Menu, then DVR and Future Recordings.
