Why does my guide say "To Be Announced"?

This can happen when your equipment loses power, is unplugged for any length of time or is rebooted by a signal from Midco. If power has been lost to the box, the TV Guide information needs to be reloaded. This process could take up to one hour to restore information. If your equipment has not lost power recently, you may try resetting it by unplugging it from power for approximately 15 seconds and then plugging it back in again.  If after one hours' time the guide has not started to return, please contact our Technical Support 1.800.888.1300.
