How to Register on TiVo.com

Registering your devices and creating an account on TiVo.com allows you to utilize online and mobile app features such as:

  • Reset your password.
  • Find and schedule recordings without being home.
  • View OnePass.
  • Allow content to pass between multiple DVRs in your home.
  • Learn about web content on your DVR.
  • Fun how-to tips and more!

Before you get started with the TiVo app, you need to register on TiVo.com. The great news is that we’ve already set up an account for you!

  1. Visit TiVo.com
  2. Click the My Account link in the upper right corner of the page
  3. When the Sign In window appears, click Need Help.
  4. Enter the email address you gave to the representative when you signed up for TiVo services. Then, click Reset Password.
    • If you didn’t provide an email or forgot what you provided, please contact us at 1.800.888.1300.
  5. Next, check your email inbox for an email containing a link to reset your password and follow the online instructions
  6. Log in with your email and new password via TiVo.com or the TiVo mobile app.
