How to Register on TiVo.com
Registering your devices and creating an account on TiVo.com allows you to utilize online and mobile app features such as:
- Reset your password.
- Find and schedule recordings without being home.
- View OnePass.
- Allow content to pass between multiple DVRs in your home.
- Learn about web content on your DVR.
- Fun how-to tips and more!
Before you get started with the TiVo app, you need to register on TiVo.com. The great news is that we’ve already set up an account for you!
- Visit TiVo.com
- Click the My Account link in the upper right corner of the page
- When the Sign In window appears, click Need Help. Enter the email address you gave to the representative when you signed up for TiVo services. Then, click Reset Password.
