Single Sign-On

On Apple® devices, you can set up single sign-on in Settings or the first time you use a supported app. After you sign in, any other supported app automatically signs you in – so you don't need to enter your information again.

Use single sign-on on your Apple TV®:
  1. Make sure your Apple TV is updated with the latest version of tvOS.
    • Go to Settings > System > Software Updates, and Select Update Software. If there's an update, select Download and Install.
  2. Go to Settings > Accounts > TV Provider, and select Sign In.
  3. Search for and select Midco as your TV provider.
  4. Select your Midco email, or select Enter Now and enter your email address.
  5. Enter your password and select Sign In.

 

Use single sign-on on your iPhone®, iPad® or iPod touch®:
  1. Make sure your device is updated with the latest version of iOS.
    • Tap Settings > General > Software Update. If you have an update, tap Download and Install.
  2. Go to Settings > TV Provider.
  3. Search for and select Midco as your TV provider.
  4. Enter your Midco email address and password.
  5. Tap Sign In.
