Cable TV Support


TV Everywhere Networks and Devices

View which networks you have access to through your cable TV subscription by logging into My Account and selecting Network Access under the TV Everywhere section.

Devices

Apple

If a device is not compatible with a certain app, the app will not appear in the App Store. To find the app, open the App Store.

  1. Tap Search.
  2. Search for the app.
  3. Install the app.
  4. After the app is installed, tap on the app from home screen and select Sign In.
  5. Select Midco (or Midcontinent Communications) from the TV Provider list.
  6. Enter an active Midco email address and password.
  7. Tap Log In.
  8. Create an ID. (This is only used on initial login for each email address and is not used going forward.)
  9. Select the programming you want to view and enjoy.
Android

To find the app, open the Android Market.

  1. Search for the app.
  2. Install the app.
  3. After the app is installed, tap on the app from home screen and choose Sign In.
  4. Select Midco (or Midcontinent Communications) from the TV Provider list.
  5. Enter an active Midco email address and password.
  6. Tap Log In.
  7. Create an ID. (This is only used on initial login for each email address and is not used going forward.)
  8. Select the programming you want to view and enjoy.
Kindle

To find the app, tap Apps on the Kindle Fire home screen, and then select Store.

  1. Search for the app.
  2. Long-press (press and hold) the app.
  3. Tap Install.
  4. After the app is installed, tap the app from home screen.
  5. Choose Sign In.
  6. Select Midco (or Midcontinent Communications) from the TV Provider list.
  7. Enter an active Midco email address and password.
  8. Tap Log In.
  9. Create an ID. (This is only used on initial login for each email address and is not used going forward.)
  10. Select the programming you want to view and enjoy.

 

An active Midco┬« email address and password are required to access TV Everywhere.

You can manage your own email addresses in My Account.

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Under TV Everywhere, click Manage Email Accounts to create and manage up to 10 email addresses.
