How do I sign in to the Subscriber Portal?
You can sign into the Subscriber Portal to manage your TouchScreen, TouchScreen apps, and connected devices.
The following browsers are supported for the Subscriber Portal:

Note: If you have enabled a pop-up blocker for your browser, you may need to disable it in order to view saved photos and video.
To sign in to the Subscriber Portal:
- In a web browser, go the the Subscriber Portal URL provided to you or click here.
The Sign In screen is displayed.
- Enter your username and password.

Note: If you ever forget your username or password, click the appropriate link on the Sign In page to begin the process of retrieving your username or resetting your password. Follow the instructions on the web pages or email messages associated with this process to restore your access to the Subscriber Portal.

Failed Sign-In Attempts
If you attempt to sign in unsuccessfully five times in a row (that is, enter the wrong username and password combination), the Sign In screen blocks you from signing in to the Subscriber Portal for 30 minutes. Even a valid username and password combination fails at that point. If this happens, a message informs you that your account has been locked and that you cannot sign in for 30 minutes. This is a security measure that prevents unauthorized users from guessing your username and password combination and fraudulently accessing your account.
