How to Set Up and Use eVOICE

eVOICE is an option you can add on to your voicemail, so you can retrieve your voicemail using your phone and email. You just need to let us know what email address you want to receive the voicemail messages. You can contact us at 1.800.888.1300 to set things up, or follow the steps below for My Account setup.

To set up or change your email address for eVOICE in My Account:

  1. Log in to Midco.com/MyAccount.
  2. Click Home Phone and then Manage Phone Features.
  3. Select your phone number in the dropdown. Please note that it make take up to 20 seconds to connect to your phone features.
  4. Go to the eVOICE section to see the status of this feature on your account. Click Enable to add an email address for the first time, or Edit to change your email address.
  5. Enter your email address, and click Save

To disable eVOICE in My Account:

  1. Log in to Midco.com/MyAccount.
  2. Click Home Phone and then Manage Phone Features.
  3. Select your phone number in the dropdown. Please note that it make take up to 20 seconds to connect to your phone features.
  4. Go to the eVOICE section to see the status of this feature on your account. Click Disable and then Save.  

To retrieve an eVOICE message:

  1. Log into the email address you used to sign up for eVOICE.
  2. Locate and open any email message from voicemail@midco.net.
  3. Click the message’s audio attachment to listen to the voicemail. If you do not hear a message, check the audio volume on your computer or device to make sure it is turned up.)
  4. After you listen to the message, decide if you’d like to keep it on your voicemail system. In the email message, click either Save Message or Delete Message.

You can also access these same messages through your voicemail box through your home phone.
