With the Midco vacation plan, you can suspend your service(s) if you plan to be away from home for more than 60 days but fewer than six months. You’ll have no worries about returning leased equipment. Charges for your services will be suspended – with a few exceptions.
To keep your user-defined settings such as reminders and stored recordings, monthly lease charges still apply for DVRs and digital receivers.
For just $5 per month, keep access to your Midco® Webmail – so you can stay in touch with family and friends no matter where you are.
Keep your home phone number and directory listing for only $10 per month. (Callers will hear a recording stating your service is temporarily disconnected.)
The fee to reconnect your service when you return is only $15. Depending upon your return date, your first bill after arriving home may have partial month charges for your services.
How to Enroll
To sign up for the vacation plan, call us at 1.800.888.1300. We’ll discuss your options and questions, and put your services on hold for you. We'll even have your services automatically restarted, so everything's ready when you return home. If your return date changes, just call us and let us know.
