Billing and Service Names Update
We're now completing the last step to offer our Kansas customers the same pricing and services as we do across the Midwest. Here's a summary of cable package name changes taking effect soon for current customers.
- Large Cable becomes Preferred Cable
- Medium Cable becomes Basic Cable
- Small Cable becomes Limited Cable
- Large Cable plus one premium network becomes Theatre Suite
- Large Cable plus all five premium networks becomes Ultimate Theatre Suite
Please refer to the first Midco statement you receive after July 19 for details specific to your account, including when they take effect.
While cable TV package names are changing, the specific networks/channels in your lineup are staying the same.
