Kansas customers can now only access their email accounts, calendars and contacts at Mail.Midco.net. Access through WOW! systems is no longer available as of September 28 (three months after the transition from WOW! to Midco).

An internet connection has become an important part of our lives. For some families, though, it's just not affordable. We're here to change that.

Low-income internet customers can apply for help with their bill through Lifeline Assistance, made possible through the FCC.2

A DOCSIS 3.0 modem is required to connect multiple devices (up to 100).  
2 Lifeline service is non-transferable. Only eligible customers can enroll in the program, which is limited to one discount per household. 
3 Customer must have Midco internet. Service is available to residential customers in select markets, and is not available for apartments.
