Billing and Service Names Update
We're now completing the last step to offer our Kansas customers the same pricing and services as we do across the Midwest. Here's a summary of phone service name changes taking effect soon for current customers.
- SmartChoice Home Phone Package becomes Digital Phone Package
- Phone features not in the standard Digital Phone Package become ala carte features
Please refer to the first Midco statement you receive after July 19 for details specific to your account — including when they take effect.

Speed call: Program up to your most frequently dialed numbers, so you can speed dial them.
Last call return: Missed a call? Press *69 to see who it was.
Distinctive ring: Set up a unique ringtone per caller for certain callers.
Continuous redial: Get through to someone while you make and receive other calls.
International calling: Make international calls around the world at competitive rates.
