Using Midco Email
Use your Midco email address – you get up to 10 – to create, send and manage messages for free.
You’ll need a Midco email if you’re a cable TV customer streaming via our TV Everywhere service.1 (Hint: You could set up a few email addresses – one for you and one for your kids’ streaming, so you can manage streaming parental controls.)
Log in to Midco Email
- Go to Midco email.
- Enter your email address and password, and click Sign In.
- Open, read, save or delete messages as you need.
If you wish to keep certain email messages, be sure to save them to your home computer. Click the three dots in the right corner of the message, and select Download as .eml. Use the Save As option to save the email as a file. You can also save these messages in a separate email program, such as Windows Live Mail.
Check and Manage Email
Check your messages, create a new email message, sort your email messages into folders, filter your messages, create a calendar appointment and more.

Create a new contact, or import your email contacts.
