Modem Installation

Want to set up your modem and activate your Midco internet service? You’re at the right place.

Order Your Modem

You don’t have to wait for an appointment, and you don’t have to be a techie. In some cases, we’re able to offer a self-install option for your Midco modem.

  • If you’re a new customer or someone adding a modem to current service, you can order a mailed, self-install kit or you can pick it up from one of our Customer Experience Centers.
  • If you’re a customer moving services to a new address, just bring all current Midco equipment (cable boxes, modems, power cords and remotes) to your new location.

Note: If you have an old Midco modem on your account, it will remain active for 14 days. If you leased it from us, please return it by dropping it off at your local Customer Experience Center or mailing back to Midco using the box you received for your new modem. A prepaid return label has been included.
