Thank you for sticking with us through what has been a humbling first day! You remain our top priority, and our dedicated team is working through the night to make sure your service meets Midco’s high standards.

Most of the issues with cable TV have been resolved. In an effort to provide you video services as quickly as possible, you may temporarily see a different channel lineup. Rest assured that we are continuing to work to provide you with the services to which you’ve subscribed.

  • The vast majority of our internet customers have their service restored. If you are still having trouble connecting to the internet, we recommend rebooting your modem until a connection is established.
  • If you are having email issues, you may need to set up your new email login or re-set your email on your devices. Vist the Get Started page for steps.
  • If you’re trying to stream TV Everywhere networks, your Midco email must be set up properly, and you’ll need to re-authenticate through the network app. Choose Midco as your provider, then enter your Midco email login.

June 28

We launch Whole Home Wi-Fi and our Lifeline Assistance program in Kansas – and we'll have built an additional fiber connection into Lawrence to enhance network reliability.


We'll roll out the TiVo® Whole Home Experience, unveil a new Customer Experience Center and employee offices, expand our ON Demand cable TV choices, and launch Midco Sports® Network in the area.


We'll transition Lawrence cable TV to all digital, add more HD cable TV channels and roll out affordable, faster internet – up to gigabit speeds!


We'll continually invest in more advanced network technology to boost reliability and redundancy.
