Log in to Midco Email

Starting January 2026, there will be a $1 monthly fee for each email address provided by Midco.  

You can log in to My Account to see if you have a Midco email address on file. You can continue to use your email address as usual, or you can follow the steps below to delete any Midco email address you no longer want to use.

  1. Visit Midco.com/MyAccount. 
  2. Hover over Services.
  3. Click Manage Email.
  4. Click Remove next to the email address you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete to confirm your choice.

We�ve confirmed your scheduled account service transfer.

In addition to transferring your services, we�re also moving any payment methods and/or auto pay settings to your new account number.

Billing access will be available four days after your services are activated at your new address.
