Statements & E-Statements

Learn how to read your monthly Midco statement and how to enroll in e-statements.

View Statements

You can locate your current and recent statements anytime online in My Account.

Note: If you move to a new address and transfer your Midco services, you will lose access to past statements in My Account. If you want to keep them, please download and save your statements prior to moving. 

If you experience issues trying to view your statement online, you may need to disable your browser’s pop-up blockeras it may be preventing the window from displaying. 

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Under Billing, click View Billing Details. Under Billing Actions, select View Statements
  3. When a list of statements appears, click View to the right of the statement date you’d like to review. A new window will open with a PDF of the statement.

  1. Log in to the Midco My Account app.
  2. On the Home screen, tap your current amount due (even if it’s $0). A high-level statement overview will display.
  3. To access your most recent statement, tap View Full Statement. A PDF statement will display.
  4. To access other past statements, tap View All Statements Online.
  5. When a list of statements appears, click View to the right of the statement date you’d like to review. A new window will open with a PDF of the statement.

Enroll in E-Statements

If you haven’t already, go green – and enroll in e-statements! We offer both e-statements and paper statements.

After you’re signed up for Midco email or text notices for billing and e-statements, you’ll receive a message from us when your statement is ready to view – as well as a confirmation when your payment has posted.

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Select the Settings tab or under Popular Topics, choose Manage My Account Settings
  3. On the Settings page under Popular Topics, select Manage account notifications
  4. Enter the email address where you would like to receive e-statements, if it's not already showing. Click the green plus button. Repeat this step for each email address you’d like to add.
  5. Under Monthly Statements, click to toggle on/green for each email address you’d like.
  6. Select Save Changes. You’ll receive a confirmation email. No action is required.
  7. If you'd also like to be notified via text message about your statement and payment confirmation, enter a mobile phone number under Text Notifications, and click the green plus button. The number will appear, with a green toggle button next to it. 
  8. Click Save Changes. You’ll receive a text message from 64326. Reply to confirm that you would like to receive text notifications at this number. 

On Notification Preferences page, you can also opt in to other electronic notifications – including updates on maintenance in your area, your services and more.

  1. Log in to the Midco My Account app.
  2. In the navigation, tap Account and then Manage My Account Preferences.
  3. If you want to opt in to emails about your statements:
    1. Under Email Notifications, tap Add Email. Enter an email address, and tap Add. Repeat this for each email address you’d like to add.
    2. Under Statement Notifications, click to toggle on/green for each email address you’d like.
  1. If you want to opt in to text about your statements, under Text Notifications, tap Add Phone Number. Enter a phone number, and tap OK. Repeat tis for each phone number you’d like to add.
  2. Tap Done
  3. You should receive a confirmation message about your selections:
    • If you opted in to email notices, you’ll receive a confirmation email. No action is required.
    • If you opted in to text messaging, you’ll receive a text message from 64326. Reply to confirm that you would like to receive text notifications at this number. 

Under Manage My Account Preferences in the app, you can also opt in to other electronic notifications – including updates on maintenance in your area, your services and more.

Paper Statements

If you prefer to receive paper statements, simply turn those options off in My Account. Refer to the e-statement enrollment steps on this page, but click to toggle off/red for email addresses and phone numbers.
