Email on Your Devices

Always have your Midco email when and where you need it. Use the email settings below to set up your Midco email account on your device or email application. 

For assistance with setting up your Midco-provided email on your devices, contact your device manufacturer (Apple, Samsung, HP, Lenovo, etc.). Make sure you have your email address, email password and the email server settings below handy when you contact them. 

Use these settings for your Midco-provided email on devices you use at and away from home.

  • Incoming Mail:
    • Mail Type (if option appears and not selected by default): IMAP
    • Incoming Mail Server: pop.midco.net
    • Port Number: 993
    • Encryption Method: SSL/TLS or STARTTLS (depending on device)
  • Outgoing Mail:
    • Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.midco.net
    • Port Number: 465 or 587
    • Encryption Method: SSL/TLS or STARTTLS (depending on device)
    • Authentication: Check/select Outgoing Server Requires Authentication if option appears
      • May require your full username/email address and password if selected

Billing access will be available four days after your services are activated at your new address.
