Professional Install: What to Expect

  1. A technician will call (from 1.800.888.1300) shortly before arrival to let you know they’re on the way and ask a couple questions to make sure your home is healthy to enter.
  2. You (or someone age 18+ with written permission statement from you) must be present during the entire installation and grant access to your home.

To complete your installation, you will need the My Account login credentials you set up on the last page and to download the Midco Wi-Fi app from the App Store or Google Play. We’ll provide links to the app once you complete your order.
