APMAX Voicemail

Voicemail Instructions

Note: APMAX voicemail was available for all MN, ND and SD markets prior to October 16, 2020. Starting October 16, 2020, we installed new lines to our latest platform. If you were installed after this date or are a Kansas customer, please use these voicemail instructions.

If you are unsure of what voicemail system you are on, please contact us.

  1. Dial 611 and follow the prompts. Your 10-digit mailbox number is your area code + phone number. If auto login is on, then skip to steps 2 and 3.
  2. Press #.
  3. If requested, enter your password, then #. Your default password is 0000.

Who: MN, ND, SD phone customers

  1. Dial 1.877.700.2224, and follow the prompts. Your 10-digit mailbox number is your area code + phone number.
  2. If requested, enter your password and then #. Your default password is 0000.
  1. Access your voicemail.
  2. In the main menu, press 9 for mailbox setup.
  3. In the mailbox setup menu, press 1 for greetings.
  4. Choose one of these options:
    • Press 1 to listen to your greeting.
    • Press 2 to record a greeting.
    • Press 3 to delete a greeting
    • Press * to return to the setup menu.
  1. Access your voicemail.
  2. In the main menu, press 9 for mailbox setup.
  3. In the mailbox setup menu, press 2 to change your password.
  4. Enter your new password, followed by #. Your password can be up to 16 digits long. Be sure to remember your new password for future reference.
  5. Re-enter your new password to verify it.

Your voicemail includes storage for up to 100 messages, and messages up to three minutes in length. You can retain new and saved messages for 30 days. (Saving messages as new does not reset the saved time.)

  1. Access your voicemail.
  2. In the main menu, press 1 to retrieve your messages.
  3. In the voicemail menu, choose one of these options:
    1. Press 1 to play message.
    2. Press 2 to save message and go to next one.
    3. Press 3 to delete message and go to next one.
    4. Press 4 to save message as new.
    5. Press 7 to back up three seconds.
    6. Press 8 to pause/continue message.
    7. Press 9 to go forward three seconds.
    8. Press * to return to the main menu.
