Diversity

You have a place here.

Midco recognizes that people are at the heart of everything we do. We want our team members, our customers and our community members to feel valued and respected.

We are committed to encouraging a workforce that can relate to and help put our customers at ease – making them all feel like valued neighbors. Embracing our diversity also allows us to innovate, produce fresh ideas and better connect with this dynamic marketplace.

The Belonging at Midco Council

In 2019, Midco gathered a group of team members from across the organization to answer a question: Did people feel like they could truly be their authentic selves at work? That’s how the Belonging at Midco Council began – with a mission to be a force for good and foster an environment of belonging where all team members feel safe, have a voice and can be themselves.

Today, the council and its mission are an integral part of our Midco life, from the on-boarding process for new team members to our extensive internal resource library.
