Midco Wins J.D. Power Award

Midco Ranked #1 in Residential Internet Service Satisfaction in North Central Region

October 13, 2022 – Sioux Falls, SD: Midco, the leading provider of reliable, high-speed internet, was named the best in the North Central region in the J.D. Power 2022 Residential Internet Service Satisfaction Study.

They also applaud us when we exceed their expectations. This award is a really cool testament to that.”

The J.D. Power findings include responses from more than 22,000 customers that currently have wireline internet service. The study measures overall satisfaction with internet service providers based on five factors: performance & reliability; cost of service; communications & promotions; billing & payment; and customer care. The study was fielded from November 2021 through August 2022. The North Central region includes Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
